Placing An Order

In order to place an order with us, customers must register and log-in first via our Login / New User Registration page.

Making Changes to An Order

You can make changes to your order anytime before you click "Check Out"on the Payment Information page. Please check your order carefully before you click "Place Order" because once you have submitted your order you may not change (add and remove items) or cancel it.

International Order

We currently do not accept or ship online orders for customers who reside outside of the US.

 

 
Shipping &
Returns

Shipping & Delivery

MisshaUS.com ships only within the United States and affiliated territories that the USPS enlists under the USA. Sales tax will be collected only on orders that contain taxable items shipped within New Jersey and California. You will be notified by e-mail upon receipt of your order and if there are any issues pertaining to your order.

2nd Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. “Business Days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received between Friday after 2PM and Monday morning are usually processed within the next one or two business days.

Returns

Returns: Unused and unopened merchandise can easily be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice for all items returned. Please note: you are responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with the return of your merchandise. In addition, we unfortunately do not refund the original shipping costs incurred. We accept exchange requests ONLY if the product originally delivered to you is defective. We do not offer exchanges on returned products for any other reason. For all returns/exchanges, simply pack up the item(s) you'd like to ship back and follow the “Packaging & Shipping Your Return” instructions below:

Packaging & Shipping Your Return

  1. If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number.
  2. Please include your invoice and write the return number right next to your order number.
  3. Fill out the reason for your return and then insert your return slip inside the box.
  4. If you have lost your invoice, please include the following information with your return:

a. Date of purchase
b. Order number
c. Reason for return
d. Description of item you are returning
e. Original price paid
f.  Method of Payment (along with purchasing Credit Card Type, Cardholder Name
& Credit Card Number for Refund)

Issues

Registration

Click SIGN UP at the top of the page. You will be directed to a LOGIN and REGISTRATION page. Click REGISTER, fill out all the necessary information and click SUBMIT upon reading and agreeing to the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Sign In

Click LOG IN at the top of the page. You will be directed to a page where you will be asked to enter the email address and password you registered with. Fill out the necessary information and click LOG IN. You will be brought to the main page where you may then proceed to navigate and place your order(s).

Changing your profile

If you would like to change your profile please go to the MY ACCOUNT section, click on the ACCOUNT INFO link and click EDIT. Once you have changed your personal info please click SAVE and your profile will be updated.

My Orders

You may view any order(s) through MY ACCOUNT. Just click on ORDER HISTORY.  Orders that are in your ORDER HISTORY cannot be modified or canceled.

Product Information & Ingredients

Product information and ingredients are listed on each product’s page. If you want to see an ingredient list and are not able to see it from the product page, please contact us at help@misshaus.com with the specific product(s) you would like to inquire about.

Newsletter

If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client filters blocks emails, it may be affecting those emails you wish to receive. If you believe this is happening, please consult the Help Section of your email program or contact your ISP directly to see how to reduce or remove the settings that filter or block email. You can also add our email address (help@misshaus.com) to your address book. This will ensure that all future correspondence regarding your Missha Online orders will be accepted.

Online Store Credit

Unfortunately we do not have online store credit available at this time.
